Last weekend, the Pacific Cup brought together eight teams from four countries at Murcielago Beach, in Manta. After three days of competition, the final of the men's category was disputed between SA Betesporte, from Brazil and Gipcar, from Ecuador. The Brazilian team was better in the match and won 5-2, winning the club's first international title.

Betesporte started the game better, missing a penalty in the opening moments. But soon after the missed chance, the Brazilian teams opened 2 to 0, with goals from Chaveirinho and Rufino.
