The Copa Sudamericana de Futebol 7 was held in Buenos Aires (Argentina) with the participation of 20 clubs from countries across the Americas. The sixth edition of the event took place over three days of competition, with live broadcasts of all matches on F7 TV Play.

In the group stage, teams played two games before qualifying for the decisive playoff. The top 16 teams advanced to knockout matches until the final game. Two Brazilian teams faced off for the title. Jardim F7 defeated the Floripa Sharks 3-0 and celebrated the title.
